I made the Blog's Zucchini slice, with the slight variation of adding grated carrot and using ham rather than bacon, and just a shake of vegie stock powder, and put sliced tomato on the top and sprinkled grated cheese over it - a really wonderful and nutritious dinner! Oh, and I reduce the flour by a 1/4 as I like it fairly moist.
I made this one for dinner tonight and it was great. It was easy to make and yummm.
