Hi all,

I have been away from the blog for a little while, sorry. Hope in my absence you have all created some wonderful cooking ideas and have them typed up and ready to email to me to be uploaded.

The reason I created this blog is to share the joy of home cooked food with friends and family.

I get sick of cooking the same thing each week for dinner and would love to know what other people cook.

This is an opportunity to share family favourites of:

- Main meals

- Desserts

- Baking

- Hints and Tips

or any other recipes that you use and work well.

Please submit your recipe ideas, hints & tips (I would love photos of your cooking) via email: testedandtruecooking@gmail.com and I will put them on the blog. I would also love to know where you found the recipe (eg. handed down the family, from ... magazine etc). If you don't want your name to go onto the recipe, please let me know.

If you don't have time to type up a recipe, you can post it or scan and attach it to an email and I will type it up. To get the postal address please send me an email.

Once you have made the recipe, please add comments, especially if you added or changed the recipe in any way.
